Flyer for Badia Masabni's &
Beba Ezz El-Din's New Dance Troupe

Translated By Priscilla Adum

This vintage flyer advertises Badia Masabni and Beba Ezz El Din's newly formed dance company. The flyer promotes dancer Hoda Shams El Din as a secondary act. Interestingly, it states quite clearly that the artists (i.e. dancers, singers, actors, etc.) are forbidden to sit or mingle with the patrons, to drink with them, or even to open bottles for them. The flyer doesn't have a date on it, but it seems to be from around mid- to late 1940's. The English translation appears next to it.
