NOTE TO HOTMAIL USERS: If you want me to reply, please do two things: 1) Turn off Hotmail's anti-spam feature that requires me to fill out a form asking you to accept my reply, and 2) In your comments below, TELL ME that you do NOT have that anti-spam feature enabled.
