Please contact them to confirm the pricing - when I purchased my copy in 2004, the price was $19.95 for the video itself, plus $4.95 for shipping & handling, for a total price of $24.90. At the time, it was possible to pay them either by mailing them a check, or by sending a payment through PayPal to sgpic at aol.com. However, that was a long time ago, and things change. So before sending them money, it's a good idea to contact them to ask for updated information on whether the video is still available, what the price is, and what payment method to use.
